Michael R. Neal Sr., 86, passed away at his home in Rockport peacefully Friday, March 3, 2023. He was born Nov. 19, 1936 in Three Sands, OK.

He was preceded in death by his son, Michael Neal Jr.

He is survived by his children, Jesse (Lisa Manning) Neal and Georgia Neal; and companion, Carol Ballew Austin.
