The Rockport-Fulton High School (RFHS) Pirate basketball team lost to Ray 68-53 Friday, Dec. 4, but picked up a win over Moody at home Saturday, Dec. 5.

The recent games put the Pirates at 2-5 overall for the season.

Against Moody, RFHS kept a slight lead throughout the game but pulled away in the third quarter for their second win of the season.

Joshua Hadley led RFHS in scoring with 13 points.

Ace Seibert followed Hadley with eight points, going 5-7 from the line.

Anton Dixon scored seven points.

RFHS’ next games are 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 11 at Mathis and 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 12 at home against Edna.
