The Rockport-Fulton High School (RFHS) Lady Pirate volleyball team defeated the Ingleside Lady Mustangs in three sets Friday, Oct. 9 at home.

RFHS’ district record improves to 7-2 with an overall record of 9-7.

RFHS defeated Ingleside 25-10, 25-13, and 25-11.

Kaylee Howell led RFHS offensively with 14 kills. Lauren Moore followed with seven kills. Howell and Moore also tied for the most service aces with four each.

Messiah Hernandez led RFHS in assists with 14. Sophia Byrom followed with nine assists.

Payton Martinez led RFHS defensively with 13 digs. Faith Ngo and Howell followed with seven digs each.

Howell led RFHS in blocks with two. Lilith Solis followed with one.

The Lady Pirates played at Sinton Tuesday, Oct. 13. Their next game is 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16 at Miller.
