The Rockport-Fulton High School (RFHS) Lady Pirate volleyball team handily defeated the West Oso Lady Bears in three sets, 25-6, 25-9, and 25-17, Friday, Oct. 18 in West Oso.

RFHS’ overall record moves to 24-13 and 9-2 in district play.

The Lady Pirates have secured a spot in the playoffs and are projected to finish second place in District 31-4A with three district games remaining and two games in front of third place Orange Grove.

Allie Manson led RFHS in kills with 13. Kaylee Howell followed with eight kills.

Molly Frost led RFHS in assists with 17. Mikayla Molina followed with 16 assists.

Samantha Sanchez led RFHS in aces with three. Manson followed with two aces.

Manson led RFHS in blocks with four.

Manson led RFHS in digs with five. Molina and Emily Resendez followed with four digs each.

RFHS played Robstown Tuesday, Oct. 22. Their next game is 4:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25 at home.
