The Rockport-Fulton High School (RFHS) Lady Pirate volleyball team defeated the Ingleside Lady Mustangs in three sets Tuesday, Sept. 8 in Ingleside.

The Lady Pirates began their district season winning all three sets over Ingleside 25-4, 25-17, and 25-19.

RFHS overall record stands at 3-5, with a district record of 1-0.

Mikayla Molina led RFHS offensively with 18 assists. Messiah Hernandez followed Molina with nine assists.

Kaylee Howell led RFHS in kills with 12. Hernandez followed Howell with four kills.

Faith Ngo led RFHS in service aces with four.

Howell led RFHS defensively with seven blocks.

Payton Martinez led RFHS in digs with 14. Lauren Moore followed Martinez with six digs.

RFHS played at West Oso Friday, Sept. 11. Their next game is at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15 at home against Sinton.
