Four Rockport-Fulton High School Pirate soccer players were recently recognized by the Texas Association of Soccer Coaches in their All-State and All-Region team selections.

Junior goalkeeper Michael Gonzalez was named Second Team All-State. In late April, M. Gonzalez was named Co-Most Valuable Player as a goalkeeper in District 30-4A.

Senior midfielder Joel Gonzalez was named Second Team All-State. In late April, J. Gonzalez was named the District 30-4A Most Valuable Player.

Senior defender Edgar Deleon was named Second Team All-State. In late April, Deleon was named the District 30-4A Most Valuable Defensive Player.

Senior defender Joe Franks was named First Team All-Region.
