Eradicate Polio

RFHS Interact Club members will begin its “Pennies for Polio” fund next week and drop off donation jars at participating businesses upon request.

The Rockport-Fulton High School (RFHS) Interact Club recently began a partnership with Rotary International and its Polio Eradication partners to raise funds for the “Pennies for Polio” program in an effort to educate and involve local schools and their communities to eradicate Polio worldwide.

The Rockport-Fulton community can play an important role in helping the RFHS Interact Club eradicate Polio by donating spare change during the coming weeks to help immunize children halfway around the world. For as little as 60 cents worth of a vaccine, a child can be protected from Polio for life.
