‘Super Garden Success - Texas Superstars!’ will be presented by the Aransas-San Patricio County Master Gardeners from 12-1 p.m. Tuesday, June 15.

Walk-ups are welcome to anyone in the area for the free educational.

Texas A&M has designated many plants as Superstars. Learn which ones are the most reliable Coastal Bend survivors. Speakers are South Texas Botanical Garden Horticulturist Carol Krank and Gill Garden Center Manager DeAnna Baumgartner. Attendees are encouraged to bring a “brown bag lunch” to eat during the program.

A pop-up plant sale will immediately follow the lecture in the garden. The program is in-person only at the Aransas County office of Texas A&M AgriLife Extension, 892 Airport Road.

Social distancing will be observed and it is recommended that unvaccinated participants wear masks. Overflow parking is available next door at the Transfer Station lot.
