Rockport-Fulton High School choir students recently performed at the Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) All Region/Pre-Area auditions Saturday, Nov. 2 at Tuloso-Midway High School. Nine students qualified for the All-Region Choir and performed in the Region Clinic and Concert this Saturday, Nov. 9 at the Victoria Fine Arts Center in Victoria.

Students who made the TMEA All-Region Choir are Jennifer Billy, Kaylie Collins, Elissa Covington, Trent Hudson, Trevor Hudson, Nicole Moreno, Aven Nguyen, Alexis Reyes, and Kynndrah Warner.

Of those nine students, five of them scored in the top eight in their respective vocal sections and qualified for area auditions.

Area qualifiers are Collins, Covington, Trent Hudson, Trevor Hudson, and Reyes.

Those five will advance to the TMEA Area auditions Saturday, Jan. 11, 2020 for a chance to qualify as a state representative in the TMEA All-State Clinic and Concert in February 2020.
