Katie Johnson and Andrea Contreras will represent RFHS at the Business Professionals of America state meet in March.

The Rockport-Fulton High School (RFHS) Chapter of Business Professionals of America joined 12 other schools to compete in the Regional Leadership Competition Saturday, Jan. 11.

Seniors Katie Johnson and Andrea Contreras represented RFHS and qualified to compete at the state level.

Johnson placed first in Fundamental Word Processing to qualify for the state meet.

Contreras placed third in Intermediate Word Processing to qualify for the state meet.

Both of them are also state alternates, placing third in Administrative Support Team.

The state competition will be held March 4-7 in Dallas.
