Would one like to grow your own fresh vegetables but don’t have a space or don’t know how? Join the Aransas County Texas A&M Agrilife extension for a series of six free classes on gardening from 8:30-9:45 a.m. beginning Thursday, Feb. 11.
Everyone in attendance will receive the use of a vegetable garden plot to grow their own vegetables. Everything is provided, except the sweat! No experience is needed. It’s a great opportunity for beginners or more experienced gardeners to increase knowledge and meet others interested in gardening. The program is sponsored by the Aransas County office of Texas A&M AgriLife Extension and is made possible in part by a grant from Growing and Nourishing Healthy Communities. Social distancing and masks wearing are required.
For more information, call the extension office at 790-0103 or email email@example.com to sign up.
