Mayor Pro-tem J.D. Villa presented Mayor Pat Rios his Certified Municipal Official certificate from the Texas Municipal League. Rios completed 72 continuing education units, including two hours of open government training. This is the sixth consecutive year Rios has earned that designation. He is one of only 43 recipients of the honor this year.
