The Fulton Town Council, at its special meeting Wednesday, Sept. 10, approved Ordinance No. 302 (tree ordinance), which protects live oak trees in the Town of Fulton.

The ordinance sets procedures for cutting down a live oak tree(s), provides enforcement, spells out violations and penalties, as well as a mitigation schedule, and fee schedule.
