The inaugural Rockport-Fulton Pirate Fest, in conjunction with the monthly Rockport Fulton Market Days, will kick off Father’s Day weekend at the Aransas County Navigation District (ACND) festival grounds. The event is set for 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 20 and Sunday, June 21.

The ACND and Market Days are hosting the Pirate Fest. Rockport Fulton Market Days is offering local attractions, civic associations, churches, and non-profits complimentary booth space.

Attendees can enjoy free face painting, Tug of War games with $500 in Prize money, pirate ship battles with cannons blasting, and other activities especially chosen for the inaugural event.

At 2 p.m. Saturday $1,000 in prize money will be paid for the best Pirate costumes.

More than 10 food trucks and 100+ specialty art & craft vendors will be on site. Bands will be performing on four stages throughout downtown, Rockport Beach, and the festival grounds.
