The Small Business Council, better known as the Rockport-Fulton Chamber of Commerce Business Builders, along with the Town of Fulton, are holding the 2nd annual Fulton Fall Festival Saturday, Oct. 24.

It will be held in a closed section of Fulton Beach Road, between Lulu’s Landing Bar’s parking lot and Sugar Shack in downtown Fulton from Noon to 5 p.m.

The Festival features a Costume Contest Parade, Trunk-N-Treat, vendor and food trucks, live music, face painting, children’s games, and balloon animals.

Registration for the Costume Contest begins at Noon, with the parade starting at 12:15 p.m.

Awards will be given for Babies thru Kindergarten, Grades 1-3, Grades 4-7, and Grades 8-12. Prizes will be awarded for first, second, and third place for spookiest and most creative costumes in each age group.

Throughout the entire event there will be a vendor and food truck market, live music, rock painting, face painting, balloon animals, and much more.

Vendor applications are available for $20 (10’ x 10’ space). All products must be Fall/Halloween related and family-friendly.
