Rockport Red

Austin Street Red, a large, abstract steel sculpture by Nic Noblique, was installed Thursday, Oct. 7 in front of the Baker Law Building in downtown Rockport. Measuring 96” tall with a base 30” in diameter, and powder coated in fiery Bengal Red, the piece was recently donated to the RCA by an anonymous donor who acquired it directly from the artist. Pictured after its installation are, from left, Molly Baker, Al Johnson (base designer), RCA Executive Director Luis Purón, Scott Rasmussen (installer), Kim Ivey,  and RCA Deputy Director Karen Ernst
