An Aransas County grand jury convened recently, and issued 12 indictments against as many individuals.

Those individuals, listed by name, charge, date of offense, and bond set, are as follows:

Brian Keith Gilman (aka James Boyd Holloway) - Possession of controlled substance Penalty Group 1, one gram to four grams, third degree felony; on or about Nov. 6, 2018 intentionally or knowingly possessed a controlled substance listed in Penalty Group 1, namely methamphetamine, more than one gram but less than four grams; $5,000 personal recognizance.

Marc Jordan Sollock - Possession of controlled substance Penalty Group 1, one gram to four grams, third degree felony, repeat felony offender; on or about March 1, 2019 intentionally or knowingly possessed a controlled substance listed in Penalty Group 1, namely methamphetamine, more than one gram but less than four grams. Enhancement, on April 3, 2007 convicted of the offense of burglary of a habitation; $25,000 personal recognizance.

Alyssa Nicole Krewson - Possession of controlled substance Penalty Group 2, less than one gram, state jail felony; on or about Jan. 7, 2019 intentionally or knowingly possessed a useable quantity of tetrahydrocannabinol in an amount of less than one gram; $3,000 surety.

Christian Tyler Rodriguez - Possession of controlled substance Penalty Group 1, four grams to 200 grams, second degree felony; on or about Oct. 8, 2018 intentionally or knowingly possessed a controlled substance listed in Penalty Group 1, namely heroin, more than four grams but less than 200 grams; $8,000 surety.

Marcus Christopher Falcon - Possession of controlled substance Penalty Group 1, four grams to 200 grams, second degree felony; on or about Jan. 10, 2019 intentionally or knowingly possessed a controlled substance listed in Penalty Group 1, namely methamphetamine, more than four grams but less than 200 grams; $50,000 personal recognizance.

Danielle Lavonne Keill - Possession of controlled substance Penalty Group 1, four grams to 200 grams, second degree felony; on or about Jan. 10, 2019 intentionally or knowingly possessed a controlled substance listed in Penalty Group 1, namely methamphetamine, more than four grams but less than 200 grams; $25,000 personal recognizance.

Amanda Nicole Pringle - Possession of controlled substance Penalty Group 1, four grams to 200 grams, second degree felony; on or about July 25, 2018 intentionally or knowingly possessed a controlled substance listed in Penalty Group 1, namely heroin, more than four grams but less than 200 grams; $3,000 surety.

Jimmy Paul Badeaux - Possession of controlled substance Penalty Group 1, one gram to four grams, third degree felony; on or about Feb. 14, 2019 intentionally or knowingly possessed a controlled substance listed in Penalty Group 1, namely methamphetamine, more than one gram but less than four grams. Enhancement, on Jan. 3, 2008 convicted of the offense of prohibited substance in a correctional facility; $2,500 personal recognizance.

Jacob Ryan Corpus - Possession of controlled substance Penalty Group 1, less than one gram, state jail felony; on or about Dec. 21, 2018 intentionally or knowingly possessed a controlled substance listed in Penalty Group 1, namely heroin, less than one gram; $3,000 surety.

Michael Stephen Ryan - Possession of controlled substance Penalty Group 1, less than one gram, state jail felony; on or about March 19, 2019 intentionally or knowingly possessed a controlled substance listed in Penalty Group 1, namely methamphetamine, less than one gram; $3,000 surety.

Victor Hugo Villegas - Possession of controlled substance Penalty Group 1, less than one gram, state jail felony, repeat state jail offender; on or about June 8, 2018 intentionally or knowingly possessed a controlled substance listed in Penalty Group 1, namely cocaine, less than one gram. Enhancement, on Jan. 25, 2013 convicted of felony offense of burglary of habitation, and on Dec. 20, 2013 convicted of the felony offense of aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury; $2,500 surety.

Louis Aguilar Jr. - Possession of controlled substance Penalty Group 1, one gram to four grams, third degree felony, repeat felony offender; on or about Dec. 19, 2018 intentionally or knowingly possessed a controlled substance listed in Penalty Group 1, namely methamphetamine, more than one gram but less than four grams. Enhancement, on Nov. 29, 1993 convicted of the offense of manufacture or delivery of controlled substance, less than 28 grams; $3,000 personal recognizance.
