Progress made

Fulton Mayor Jimmy Kendrick led a small tour inside the shell of the new Fulton Convention Center – Paws and Taws Friday, Sept. 27. Kendrick has been pleased with the construction progress of Paws and Taws so far. He added that minor changes have been added to the center to improve safety and contemporary needs. “This is going to be state-of-the-art,” said Kendrick. “Doesn’t matter where you sit, you’ll be able to see the water.” Upon completion of the building, Kendrick hopes to have the center booked every weekend and can’t wait for the community to begin using it. An expected completion date is in January 2020.
