Shorty turns 100

If one lived in Rockport prior to the mid-1990s, he or she probably ate at least one meal at Kline’s Café in downtown Rockport.

The former owner of Kline’s Café - Herbert Russell “Shorty” Kline Jr. - is celebrating his 100th birthday Nov. 6.
