An Aransas County grand jury convened recently, and issued 18 indictments against as many individuals.

Those individuals, listed by name, charge, date of offense, and bond set, are as follows:

Rebecca Rae Mitchell (aka – Rebecca Rae Cupp) - Possession of controlled substance Penalty Group 1, less than one gram, state jail felony; on or about Jan. 7, 2019 intentionally or knowingly possessed a controlled substance listed in Penalty Group 1, namely methamphetamine, less than one gram; $3,000 personal recognizance.

Brice James Davis - Possession of controlled substance Penalty Group 1, four grams to 200 grams, second degree felony, repeat felony offender; on or about May 30, 2019 intentionally or knowingly possessed a controlled substance listed in Penalty Group 1, namely methamphetamine, four grams to 200 grams. Enhancement, on Sept. 5, 2014 convicted of offense of burglary of habitation; $2,000 personal recognizance.

Jeffrey Downs Reese - Possession of controlled substance Penalty Group 1, four grams to 200 grams, second degree felony, repeat felony offender; on or about May 30, 2019 intentionally or knowingly possessed a controlled substance listed in Penalty Group 1, namely methamphetamine, four grams to 200 grams. Enhancement, on Feb. 13, 2015 convicted of offense of robbery; $10,000 surety.

Holly Melton McAdams (aka – Holly Diane Melton) - Possession of controlled substance Penalty Group 1, less than one gram, state jail felony; on or about Feb. 24, 2019 intentionally or knowingly possessed a controlled substance listed in Penalty Group 1, namely methamphetamine, less than one gram; $2,500 surety.

Emiko Shiroma Allgood - Possession of controlled substance Penalty Group 1, less than one gram, state jail felony; on or about Feb. 24, 2019 intentionally or knowingly possessed a controlled substance listed in Penalty Group 1, namely methamphetamine, less than one gram; $2,500 surety.

Michael Patrick Cochran - Possession of controlled substance Penalty Group 1, less than one gram, state jail felony; on or about March 4, 2019 intentionally or knowingly possessed a controlled substance listed in Penalty Group 1, namely methamphetamine, less than one gram; $3,000 surety.

Heather Diane Leftwich - Possession of controlled substance Penalty Group 1, less than one gram, state jail felony; on or about March 4, 2019 intentionally or knowingly possessed a controlled substance listed in Penalty Group 1, namely methamphetamine, less than one gram; $3,000 surety.

Sabrina Serrano Smith – Count one: Possession of controlled substance Penalty Group 1, one gram to four grams, third degree felony. Count two: Tampering with physical evidence, third degree felony. Count one, on or about March 10, 2019 intentionally or knowingly possessed a controlled substance listed in Penalty Group 1, namely cocaine, one gram to four grams. Count two, on or about March 10, 2019, knowing an investigation was in progress, intentionally and knowingly concealed cocaine with intent to impair its availability as evidence in the investigation; $35,000 surety.

Ashley Michelle Padier - Possession of controlled substance Penalty Group 1, less than one gram, state jail felony; on or about April 19, 2019 intentionally or knowingly possessed a controlled substance listed in Penalty Group 1, namely heroin, less than one gram; $5,000 surety.

Jacqueline Taylor Maddox - Possession of controlled substance Penalty Group 1, less than one gram, state jail felony; on or about Jan. 20, 2019 intentionally or knowingly possessed a controlled substance listed in Penalty Group 1, namely methamphetamine, less than one gram; $2,500 personal recognizance.

Kenneth Gerald McKinney Jr. - Possession of controlled substance Penalty Group 1, four grams to 200 grams, second degree felony; on or about March 16, 2019 intentionally or knowingly possessed a controlled substance listed in Penalty Group 1, namely methamphetamine, four grams to 200 grams; $3,500 surety.

Roberto Polomo Rangel - Possession of controlled substance Penalty Group 1, less than one gram, state jail felony; on or about July 4, 2018 intentionally or knowingly possessed a controlled substance listed in Penalty Group 1, namely cocaine, less than one gram; $8,000 surety.

Wesley James Zesch – Count one: Sexual assault, second degree felony. Count two: Sexual assault, second degree felony. Count three: Aggravated assault impede breath, third degree felony. Count one, on or about March 1, 2018 intentionally and knowingly caused the sexual organ of complainant to be penetrated by the defendant’s sexual organ, without the consent of the complainant. Count two, on or about March 1, 2018, intentionally and knowingly caused the sexual organ of complainant to contact the defendant’s mouth, without the consent of the complainant. Count three, on or about March 1, 2018, intentionally, knowingly, and/or recklessly caused bodily injury to complainant, a person whom which the defendant had a dating relationship, by striking complainant with defendant’s hands, by kneeling on the complainant’s chest or face, or by grabbing complainant with defendant’s hands and the defendant did impede the normal breathing or circulation of the blood of complainant by applying pressure to the throat or neck of complainant. $30,000 surety.

Michael Anthony Phillips – Count one: Sexual assault, second degree felony. Count two: Sexual assault, second degree felony. Count one, on or about May 27, 2018 intentionally and knowingly caused the sexual organ of complainant, a child who was then and there younger than 14 years of age, to be penetrated by the defendant’s sexual organ, without the consent of the complainant. Count two, on or about May 27, 2018, intentionally and knowingly caused the sexual organ of complainant, a child who was then and there younger than 14 years of age, to contact the defendant’s mouth, without the consent of the complainant. $25,000 surety.

Colt Lance Boone – Sexual assault, second degree felony; on or about Feb. 15, 2019 intentionally and knowingly caused the sexual organ of complainant to be penetrated by the defendant’s sexual organ, without the consent of the complainant. $20,000 surety, plus capias.

Ronald Dale Wadkins – Aggravated sexual assault of a child, first degree felony; on or about a day in between May and September 2017 intentionally and knowingly caused the sexual organ of complainant, a child who was then and there younger than 14 years of age, to make contact with the defendant’s sexual organ. Count two: on or about a day in between May and September 2017 intentionally and knowingly caused the sexual organ of complainant, a child who was then and there younger than 14 years of age, to be penetrated by the defendant’s sexual organ. $15,000 surety.

Ricardo Castillo-Vazquez – Count one: Sexual assault of a child, second degree felony. Count two: Sexual assault of a child, second degree felony. Count one, on or about Sept. 16, 2018 intentionally and knowingly caused the sexual organ of complainant, a child who was then and there younger than 17 years of age, to make contact with defendant’s mouth. Count two, on or about Sept. 16, 2018 intentionally and knowingly caused the sexual organ of complainant, a child who was then and there younger than 17 years of age, to make contact with defendant’s sexual organ. $25,000 surety.

John Bing Southard – Count one: Sexual assault of a child, second degree felony. Count two: Sexual assault of a child, second degree felony. Count one, on or about June 15, 2016 and June 15, 2017 intentionally and knowingly caused the sexual organ of complainant, a child who was then and there younger than 17 years of age, to make contact with defendant’s mouth. Count two, on or about June 15, 2016 and June 15, 2017 intentionally and knowingly caused the anus of complainant, a child who was then and there younger than 17 years of age, to make contact with defendant’s sexual organ. $50,000 bail.
