Gray of Jack O'Boyle & Associates, PLLC P.O. Box 815369, Dallas, TX 75381, (972) 247-0653, Brought Suit Against Defendants Roy Lee Eastwood, Chad Allen Eastwood, The Unknown Heirs at Law of Leroy Eastwood, Jr., Deceased to enforce the Loan Agreement on the property located at 816 N. Traylor Ave., Rockport, TX 78382 and more particularly described by legal description as follows: 1.51 ACRES OF /AND BEING LOT NOS. TWENTY-SIX (26) THROUGH (THIRTY-SIX), BOTH INCLUSIVE, BLOCK NO. FIFTYFOUR (54), BELLEVUE ADDITION, ARANSAS COUNTY, TEXAS ACCORDING TO THE PALT THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 1, PAGE 12, PLAT RECORDS, ARANSAS COUNTY, TEXAS. All is fully shown by a copy of the Original Petition on file in the office of the Aransas County District Clerk.

The officer executing this writ shall promptly serve the same according to requirements of law, and the mandates thereof, and make due return as the law directs.
