The Texas Community Futures Forum is being held in Aransas County to assist local Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service agents and the Leadership Advisory Board to identify the most critical issues affecting local citizens from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, May 9 at the Aransas County Extension office, 892 Airport Rd.

All residents that are interested in a better future for themselves, their families, and the community are invited to participate in the forum to express their views.

Local extension programs provide educational programs that address the most important issues in the county, related to youth development, agriculture and natural resources, families and health, and community development.

A light dinner will be provided at no charge. Every person’s opinion, from youth to adult, is highly valued.

For more information, contact the extension office at 790-0103 or email Aransas-tx@tamu.edu with questions.
