Ribbon cutting

Rockport-Fulton Chamber of Commerce Board Members, Bay Blazers, and staff were joined by guests recently to celebrate a ribbon cutting for the Yellow Rose Gallery.

A year and half after Hurricane Harvey, the Yellow Rose Gallery is back open and in a new location, 115 N. Austin St.

“It has been a tough road to get to this point, filled with family tragedies and rebuilding our personal residence,” said Yellow Rose Gallery Owner Barbara Newell.

However, with the support of local artists, she was able to find a new location for the Gallery.

The gallery is a place for local and Texas artists to showcase their artworks and a classroom is available for art classes, demonstrations, art shows, and competitions.

For more information, find them on Facebook by searching Yellow Rose Gallery.
