Coldwell Banker agents receive prestigious awards
Krystal Reid, Mary Ann Callender and Amy Eubanks sales associates/representatives with Coldwell Banker The Ron Brown Company, recently received prestigious awards for their 2019 performance.
Reid was awarded 2019 Top Producer for the Rockport/Ingleside areas. Reid and Callender qualified to join the company’s 2019 International Diamond Society. This prestigious membership was awarded to the top 10% of all sales associates/representatives worldwide in the Coldwell Banker® system.
Eubanks qualified to join Coldwell Banker’s 2019 International Sterling Society. This membership is awarded to the top 15% of all sales associates/representatives worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system.

Martin receives RSPS certification
Robin Martin, Realtor, with Key Allegro Real Estate Co. recently received her certification as a Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) through the National Association of Realtor’s certification program.
Such certification allows buyers and sellers to have confidence in the ability of a Realtor who specializes in assisting in buying or selling properties for investment, development, retirements, or second homes, specifically in a resort, recreation and/or vacation destination, and to assist them with their search.
Rockport is most certainly such a destination, and as such, Martin will be able to better assist her clients in understanding the recreation and lifestyle market, tax treatment of vacation and second homes and real estate investments.
Martin is also the area affiliate with Homes for Heroes, a program that has assisted more than 35,800 heroes save money when buying or selling a home.
She has been a licensed Realtor since 2006, at which time she joined Key Allegro Real Estate.
