Rockport-Fulton Chamber of Commerce Bay Blazers and staff were joined by guests recently to celebrate a ribbon cutting for The Rack Pub and Eatery II.
Located at 3817 Highway 35 South, The Rack Pub and Eatery II is a place to grab a beer and watch the game on its two large projector screens or five other televisions. The Rack II is a smoke free and kid friendly environment. They have 12 ice-cold craft and domestic beer selections on draft with a full bar. The menu includes BBQ made fresh from a rotisserie smoker, gourmet salads, homemade pizza with keto and vegan options and much more.
The outdoor area of The Rack II is an oasis featuring fire pits with seating and volleyball, corn hole and horseshoes. The Rocking the House concert series will begin in March featuring one well-known artist per month until August, with other smaller live musicians on the weekends and pool and dart tournaments during the week. Special events will also be planned throughout the year for midget wrestling, magic Mike shows, stand-up comedians and magicians.
The Rack Pub and Eatery II is truly a family owned and operated business started by Ms. Tawni Jones with the help of her youngest son, Spencer. They have since been joined by her son, Nicholas, making a trio behind the scenes.
“They have been helping me in the kitchen their entire lives,” said T. Jones. “It seems natural for them to be a part of this adventure with me.”
Hours of operation are Tuesday - Friday 11 a.m. - 12 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m. - 1 a.m. Sunday 10 a.m. - 10 p.m., and closed Mondays.
