The Rockport-Fulton Chamber of Commerce (RFCC) recognized Sun Kissed Embroidery and Promotionals as its February Business of the Month Thursday, Feb. 4.

Local owner Lisa Johnson, who loves living on the coast and owning a small business, appreciates the support from the community. In October 2016, Lisa purchased Black Dog Promotions, and that’s when she moved to South Texas to start her business and begin a storefront operation with her sister, Shana Brader, of Sun Kissed Graphics. Hoping to open a 5th embroidery machine and expanding their area in the building, Lisa just hired her first fulltime staff.

“I honestly do not think that there is another business in this line of work who provides all the services that I offer, and the fact that my sister and I are in one store front, it allows us to cover almost any need our clients may have,” said Johnson.

Her mission is to help her customers create a long-lasting relationship with their clients through the power of promotional products. Lisa is a promotional product distributor and proud member of the Advertising Specialty Institute. She believes items like mugs, pens, t-shirts and drink ware are memorable and provide a better cost per impression for advertisers than almost every major marketing effort like TV, magazines and the Internet. Lisa is able to supply companies with every possible promotional product from more than 3,000 suppliers. With so many ad specialties available, there is a huge opportunity for professionals. She wants for her customers to leave a lasting impression on their customers.
