Ribbon cutting

The Rockport-Fulton Chamber of Commerce (RFCC) Bay Blazers and staff were joined by guests recently to celebrate a ribbon cutting for Rockport Nutrition, 2207 Highway 35 N. Suite D-2.

Owner Gabie Gutierrez was a former hairstylist for seven years and always had a passion to help people feel great about themselves. Although she loved her career, she always felt like there was something else out there she should do to create a greater, positive impact on the community. Last year, Live Oak Nutrition and TR Nutrition opened in her hometown of George West and Three Rivers. After drinking the shakes and teas, Gabie noticed she started to lose weight and showed amazing results. Her husband started taking the products as well, and also started to lose weight. She lost a total of 15 pounds and her husband lost 18 pounds. They decided to join the team, and began helping others get amazing results like they did.

“It really touched our hearts in a very special way, knowing we were making others feel happy and healthy, this was the positive impact we wanted to create for the community,” said Gabie.

Starting in March, Gabie and her husband made the decision to quit their jobs and commit to this new venture full time in Rockport.

They are extremely excited to serve the community a variety of healthy, nutritious options. Healthy meal shakes, energizing teas, pre and post workout shakes, coffee, and a positive atmosphere.

Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.; and closed Sundays. For more information, visit their Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/Rockport-Nutrition.
