Business of Month

The Rockport-Fulton Chamber of Commerce recognized Rosita’s Taco Shop as its Business of the Month for April. Chamber board members, Business Builders, Bay Blazers, and staff were joined by video conference Thursday, April 2 to celebrate the recognition.

Currently owned and operated by Zac and Monica Partenheimer, Rosita’s Taco Shop has been serving meals to the community for 27 years. Monica’s parents, Frank and Angela Sandoval, previously ran the establishment prior to the Partenheimer’s ownership. The restaurant is known as a somewhat hidden gem being a hometown favorite for the locals wanting to get their taco fix. Don’t be surprised to find a line out the door especially at peak times during breakfast and lunch.

Rosita’s scored high on the matrix in the areas of community involvement and years of service. Stop by Rosita’s Taco Shop at 402 E. Market St. Hours are Monday through Saturday, 6:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.; and Sundays, 7:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Curbside and delivery available.
