BARNHILL

Calvin “Coyotte” Eugene Barnhill, 63, passed away Friday, July 11, 2008. He was born Aug. 8, 1945 in Edgecombe County, NC. He served in the U.S. Army and was a lifelong resident of the Aransas Pass/Rockport area.

He was preceded in death by his father, Moody Barnhill; and one daughter. He is survived by his wife, Pam Barnhill of Rockport; four daughters, Lori (Artie) Harbison of Irvington, AL, Amber (Chad) Barnhill of Crystal Beach, Jeri Fisher of Hot Sulfur Springs, CO, and Brandy Fisher of Rockport; his mother, Mildred McLamb of Shallotte, NC; one sister; 12 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services were held Monday, July 14 at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home Chapel in Aransas Pass. Interment followed at Prairie View Cemetery in Aransas Pass with military honors.

BRICE


Bill L. Brice, 51, passed away Wednesday, July 9, 2008. He was born Jan. 7, 1957 in Abilene. He had been a Rockport resident since 1990.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother. He is survived by one son, Collin Brice of Rockport; one brother; and one nephew.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, July 16 at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home Chapel.

REED


Shelly M. Reed, 62, passed away Wednesday, July 9, 2008. She was born September 7, 1945 in Wellsville, NY. Shelly had worked as an office manager in the property management business. She also worked for the Bexar County Courthouse in San Antonio before retiring to Rockport in 1997. She had resided in Corpus Christi from 1955 to 1974. Her parents, Richard and Marcedas Snyder preceded Shelly in death. She is survived by her sons, Ron (Audra) Edgington of Fircrest, WA and Richard (Terri) Edgington of San Antonio; her sister, Sharon McClain of Rockport and six grandchildren.

Visitation was held from 7 until 9 p.m., Monday, July 14, 2008 at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home, Rockport. Funeral Services were conducted at 2 p.m., Tuesday, July 15, 2008 at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home Chapel. Interment followed at Rockport Cemetery.
